Our Programmes 

At “A Place of Mine “ we offer our young people the opportunity to take part in our health and wellbeing programmes. Sports provide an outlet for stress and energy, promoting a healthy lifestyle. By incorporating these activities our young people gain the essential life skills, fostering personal growth and well-rounded development.

Football
By working with the local football club and their “football in the community schemes “, We would ensure our young people participate in the coaching sessions run by these professional clubs with fully qualified FA coaches . Football fosters teamwork and communication. It promotes physical activity, health and overall fitness.

Boxing 
Young people will receive 1-2-1 boxing sessions by a fully qualified ABA boxing coach.Boxing instills self-discipline, focus, and self-confidence, empowering our guests both mentally and physically.                           

Music Production 

We also offer music production tutorial to teach our children the fundamentals of music production . This programme offers an opportunity for children to learn and develop various skills. Through these programmes children learn to play different musical instruments, understand music theory, and even explore songwriting and composition. Taking part in musical experiences  young individuals not only gain technical skills, but also cultivate their creativity and self-expression. Additionally, participating in music our programs offers numerous benefits such as improved cognitive abilities, enhanced concentration, and a greater appreciation for diverse cultures and heritage.
